Larry has been training me only one session per week for two months, and I feel a big improvement in my strength and stamina level. I even walked out from Snail Road to the dune shacks without a problem, even though that first sand dune is almost vertical! I am so grateful to Larry for his excellent and gentle training. Plus he is a positive and encouraging instructor.
