With over 30 years of personal fitness experience, I became a Certified Personal Trainer. I work in the fitness industry with clients in private as well as group settings. I focus on moving during rest to keep your metabolic heart rate up and movement based functional training using kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises, with the ongoing goal being continued improvement in biomarkers of health and quality of life. I can provide all the equipment needed for working out in your home, my studio or your local gym and tailor a program that you can use anywhere.
Living in a vacation community affords me the opportunity of providing my services to my clients around the globe. I will stay in contact through e-mails, Zoom and send you a change in your routine every three mouths. We will check in with each other so you can stay motivated and continue the progress of getting healthier. I believe that health is a combination of mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. As such I concentrate on strength, mobility and nutrition with attention to stress management and the power of presence.
